Refund policy

At Elisburry, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality wholesale products and a fair resolution process whenever issues arise.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is damaged during transit
  • The product received is defective
  • An incorrect item was supplied
  • The return request is made within 2 Days of delivery

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at elisburryamd@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the request.
  3. Attach photographs or videos if the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Wait for return authorization before shipping the product.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, eligible items may be exchanged for the same product or another suitable replacement.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3-4 Days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your shipment arrives damaged or contains incorrect products, please notify us within 2 Days of delivery.

  • Product Photos
  • Package Photos
  • Description of the issue

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs where applicable.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.

Wholesale Orders

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, returns for correctly supplied products may not be accepted unless specifically approved by Elisburry.
